A Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is another program that LBSIM provides to candidates who are working or not. The doctoral-level Fellow Program in Management (FPM) at LBSIM seeks to further management education-related research and scholarship. For non-working scholars, FPM at LBSIM lasts for four years, whereas for working executives, it lasts for six.

2024 LBSIM FPM Eligibility Requirements:

• Candidates taking their final exams may also apply for FPM (Non-Working).
• The maximum age restriction for FPM (Working Scholars) is fifty years, and ten years of senior-level work experience is desired.

Selection Criteria for LBSIM FPM 2024:

• An in-house selection test will be required of the shortlisted candidates.
• A panel interview and the presentation of the research proposal and motivation would come next.
• A presentation template will be sent to the shortlisted candidates.
• For the selection process, the presentation and in-person interview will happen on the same day.

Fees for LBSIM FPM:

The annual fee schedule for FPM for both working and non-working scholars is as follows:

For the first two years after joining the FPM, non-working scholars are awarded INR 30,000 per month. The scholars receive INR 35,000 per month for the next two years, at most. The LBSIM FPM Stipend is only awarded for a maximum of four years after the candidate’s enrollment date; this time frame is also contingent upon the candidate’s satisfactory academic progress as determined by the quarterly review. In addition to the stipend, LBSIM pays back up to INR 50,000 in expenses that the research scholar spends on program-related research-related activities.
