The State CET Cell, Maharashtra will release the MH CET Law 2024 cut off for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB online through its official CAP website – cetcell.mahacet.org. The MH CET 3-year LLB cut off is expected to released soon after declaration of the MH CET Law result 2024. The MH CET 3-year LLB result 2024 has already been declared on May 3, 2024. The MH CET law cut off 204 would be released for each round of MH CET law counselling 2024. The CET Cell will conduct the MH CET 5-year LLB on May 18, 2024. The MH CET 3-year LLB was held from March 12-13, 2024. As per the initial analysis of the exam it appears that the difficulty level of the exam was easy to moderate. MH CET Law Counselling 2024

The counselling process of MH CET law is known as the Centralized Admission Process (or CAP). The counseling is conducted in online mode separately for the 3-year and 5-year LLB programs. For the 3-year LLB program, there are 147 participating institutes, with the seat intake standing at 16, 420. The 5-year LLB program has an intake of 10, 920 seats at 132 approved colleges.

The MHCET law 2024 counselling process is explained in brief below:

· Registration – Eligible candidates need to register for counselling online, enter their choice of colleges and pay the counselling fee.

· Document verification – The admission committee will e-verify uploaded documents and the information entered by the candidate at the time of filling the application form. Only such candidates who successfully complete the verification process will be considered for the next step.

· Publication of Alphabetical Merit List – The merit list will include the names of candidates shortlisted for the counselling and seat allotment process.

· Submission of grievances – Any candidates who have any objection against the merit list are allowed to challenge it.

· Publication of Final Merit List – The final list will be published after making any corrections to the provisional list after considering objections by candidates.

· Allotment of seats – Finally, seats will be allocated by considering 1) the MH CET law 2024 merit rank of the candidate, and 2) College options picked at the time of counselling registration.

Note that there will be two rounds of CAP. If there are any seats that lie vacant after CAP allotment rounds, then such seats will be filled at an institutional level by respective law colleges.
