MIT-WPU Pune offers admission to various UG, PG, Diploma, and Ph.D. courses in the field of Engineering, Management, Design, Law, Health Sciences, Liberal Arts, and many others. MIT-WPU Pune Admission to the majority of the courses is based on an entrance exam followed by a Personal Interaction. What’s new?

Affiliated to MIT World Peace University, MIT WPU Faculty of Law is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The institute offers three programmes at undergraduate level such as BBA LLB (Hons), BCom LLB (Hons) and LLB.

CLAT Round 3 cutoff is out for Faculty of Law, MIT WPU admission 2024 to 5-year integrated LLB (UG) and one-year LLM (PG) courses. The last date for the final Payment of the University Fee to the concerned NLU for candidates who have chosen the Freeze Option in the First, Second and Third Allotment Lists is May 14, 2024. Further, CNLU will release the CLAT Round 4 on May 20, 2024.

The MH CET Law 2024 registration has been extended till Mar 18, 2024 for Faculty of Law, MIT WPU admission to 5-year LLB courses. Further, the MHCET Law 2024 exam for the LLB course will be held on Mar 12, 2024 and Mar 13, 2024. For the 5-year LLB course, the exam will be conducted on May 3, 2024.

MIT WPU Faculty of Law Admission Process 2024

MIT WPU Faculty of Law admissions are currently open and candidates need to apply online through the official website of MIT WPU, Pune.

· Admission to both BBA LLB (Hons) and BCom LLB (Hons) is based on the score of CLAT/ MHT CET/ LSAT/ MITWPU UGPET followed by a Personal Interview (PI) for final selection

· Final selection of the candidates to LLB programme will be done through PI after the students qualify either MHT CET/ MITWPU UGPET

MIT WPU Faculty of Law UG Admission 2024

The institute offers BBA LLB (Hons), BCom LLB (Hons) and LLB programmes at UG level.

· BCom LLB (Hons) is a five-year integrated programme wherein candidates are taught Commerce and Law subjects

· BBA LLB (Hons) is an integrated five-year undergraduate programme which focusses on the study of in-depth analysis in the theory of Management

· LLB is a three-year law programme which focusses on the study of Law along with their practical implementation aspect

· Admission to BCom LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) is based on qualifying either of CLAT/ MHT CET/ LSAT/ MITWPU UGPET exam followed by PI

· Candidates having valid scores in CLAT/ MHCET/ LSAT, will be exempted from UGPET test and will directly be called for PI

· The selection process for LLB is based on the scores of MHT CET or UGPET (MIT-WPU entrance exam) followed by PI

Students must ensure to fulfil the below tabulated eligibility criteria:

MIT WPU Faculty of Law Application Process 2024

Candidates willing to take admission in MIT WPU Faculty of Law need to visit the official website of MIT World Peace University, Pune (www.mitwpu.edu.in/) to fill the application form. The application fee of both BBA LLB (Hons) and BCom LLB (Hons) is Rs 1,000 whereas to fill the application form of LLB, students will have to pay an amount of Rs 1,500.

The students are advised to follow the step-by-step instructions to fill the application form:

1. On the home page of MIT WPU, click on ‘Apply’

2. Choose your preferred course among all the mentioned courses

3. Fill in the basic details such as Name, Email, etc.

4. Read all the instructions carefully and then tick the check-box at the end of the page

5. Fill in the educational details correctly and proceed further

6. Upload scanned images of your photograph & signature as per the specified size and submit the application form with an application fee of Rs 1,000
