3. Students seeking admission under the Panjabi Linguistic Minority category should have passed the Xth and XIIth standard examination from any board in the State of Maharashtra and should be domiciled in the State of the Maharashtra. (As per Government G.R. dated 11 June, 2007).

Prohibition To Register For Two Regular Courses Of Study

4. No student shall be allowed to simultaneously register for a law degree program with any other graduate or post-graduate or certificate course run by the sates or any other University or an Institute for academic or professional learning; except in the integrated programmer of the same institute. However, any short period, part time certificate course in language, computer science learning of a University, shall be allowed.

A Student From Any Other University

5. seeking admission to any of the courses will be considered for provisional admission at his/her own risk only on production of a “Provisional Certificate of Eligibility” from the University of Mumbai on payment of requisite fees. Moreover, the necessary certificates before the end of the term; otherwise, the admission will be treated as invalid.
