The college is Re-Accreditated with “A+” Grade by National Assessment & Accreditation Council (3rd Cycle). .The college was inaugurated in the year 1978 at the hands of Hon. Mr. Justice Y.V. The courses offered by the College are approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and the University Grants Commission (UGC). The College also arranges moot court competitions for its UG and PG students.

After completing 10+2 level or equivalent with 50% aggegate, candidates may pursue integrated courses of five-year viz. B.A. LL.B and BBA LL.B offered by the college. The intake capacity for each of the courses are 180 seats. Relaxation of 5% marks in aggregate is given to the SC/ ST candidates

In order to seek admission in these courses, the aspirants will have to appear in LL.B entrance test conducted by the Bharati Vidyapeeth University. Candidates who have qualified the entrance test are called for counselling.

Bharati Vidyapeeth is a Deemed university and a group of higher educational institutions established in Pune, India, in 1964 by Indian politician and educationist Patangrao Kadam.
