Eligibility Criteria
For getting Btech Direct Admission In MIT Pune,The Candidate should be an Indian National.
Passed HSC or its equivalent exam. with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together. [*Applicable for Bio Engineering program].
The Candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in JEE/ MHT-CET/ PERA-CET conducted by the Competent Authority and should have an exact score which was filled at the of the application. Those who have been admitted through MIT-WPU MEET have to submit the JEE/ MHT-CET/ PERA-CET score and score card without fail.

- Vishwanath Karad Merit Scholarship AY 2022-23: -This scholarship provides 100% fee waiver for the entire duration of the program to the top 5% meritorious students, based on the approved intake of each program subject to the fulfillment of conditions mentioned under respective policy.
- MIT-WPU Merit Scholarship AY 2022-23: – This scholarship is based on the merit of the students and applicable to the first year of the program (s] and valid for the academic year where it is announced. In this Merit Scholarship, there are 5 categories of Scholarships namely 1) 100% fee waiver 2) 75% fee waiver 3) 50% fee waiver 4) 25% fee waiver 5) 10% fee waiver.
- Scholarship to Rank Holders AY 2022-23: – This scholarship is awarded to the 1st and 2nd rank holders of the select programs every year based on their performance in MITWPU annual examinations as mentioned in Point No.4. This scholarship is applicable to the eligible students’ form Second year onwards for any given program.
